Refund Policy

If a donor wishes to request a refund, the request must be submitted within 10 days of the donation date with proper evidence. Donations allocated to specific projects that have already been used within this period are non-refundable. For general donations not yet used in projects, refund requests may be submitted within the stipulated time. For Qurbani donations, refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the event; no refunds will be accepted within 6 days of the event. Approved refund amounts will be disbursed to the donor’s respective account within 7–10 working days.
